Three Kentucky Masters Volunteers Recognized at 2018 Annual Meeting

Kentucky Masters Swimming is pleased to announce the winners of three volunteer awards presented at the 2018 U.S. Masters Swimming annual meeting.

Kentucky LMSC Chair C.J. Rushman received a Kerry O'Brien Grassroots Coaching Award for his work supporting coaches at the local, regional, and national levels of USMS, for his service as President of our state's regional club, Swim Kentucky Masters, and for his work as Head Coach of his own club, Anderson Barracuda Masters, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Susan Bradley-Cox also received a Kerry O'Brien Grassroots Coaching Award. Susan has been a pillar of Kentucky Masters Swimming for decades as head coach of the Wildcat Masters in Lexington. A Kentucky Athletic Hall of Fame member and nationally-ranked triathlete and coach, Susan has tirelessly supported Masters and triathlon programming in our state and beyond to her fullest capacity.

Kentucky LMSC Registrar Susan Ehringer received the USMS Staff Appreciation award for her generous efforts supporting National Office employees and for helping to bridge the gap between USMS staff and volunteers. Susan's efforts led to the smooth implementation of registration for College and Club Swimming and electronic voting at the annual meeting.
